@Charles Rangel- Establish an innovation bank (Silicon Harlem Bank) with a patented algorithm that can transfer wireless energy into the monetary value of digital (or holographic) currency. In this way, Silicon Harlem can use ‘virtual-prototypes’ to forge a joint-venture with the government for a series of wireless-energy-inventions that can no longer be blocked by the powers that be, such as big oil, fracking, and electric grid moguls. How? Because we’d have a virtual commerce system based on the integration of current technology and what the immediate future could look like as a result of ‘public-innovation’. This requires a roundtable of engineers with a four-prong initiative: 1) A wireless energy fuel cell and holographic broadband relative to mobile phones, electrical motors, generators, 3D printers, etc; 2) A virtual city state specifically for the amplification of acoustical energy from microphones, musical instruments, workout equipment, etc; 3) A resonant transformer capstone prism that can convert the hot-plasma or man-made lightning bolt of a Tesla coil into a cold plasma laser beam of internet data; 4) A bioenergy spectrum equal to the light spectrum for the conversion of digital and holographic mediums. While this may all seem like science fiction, it is called ‘Wireless Relativity’ in honor of Nikola Tesla (wireless energy) and Albert Einstein (Relativity). The intellectual properties of these two geniuses are now public domain, meaning we own it, so we can now retrofit them with the intellectual properties of our current geniuses for a host of new industry startups. This new industry will not be termed wireless energy, but mobile energy, since it would make Silicon Harlem be to the community development of the 99% what Silicon Valley is to the startups of the 1%.
