Charley Rangle! Now is this not a classic example of the democratic party? Does he not know (apparently can not read) that the SLAVE holders called Old John Crow were old southern DEMOCRATS! This is where the term Old Southern Democrat comes from. They were the ones who after capturing a runaway slave chopped half of one foot off to keep them from running away again and if they did run again and got caught they hung him or her up and skinned them with the rest of the slaves watching as a warning to them! One of their renowned generals J.E.B. Stuart was the founder of the Knights of the White Camilla (Ku Klux Klan). They were worked like freed slaves on the plantations that had survived the civil war. When they were finally allowed to vote the Democrats bought their votes or frightened them into voting for their people that were running for office. They have kept them thus ever since by paying them off and lying to them! The majority of BLACKs do not realize that the Republicans (Lincoln) freed them and the Republic congress passed the 12th, 13th, and 14th amendment to assure that they received their rights! This is what happens when a populous does not know how to or has the desire to read and learn the facts! They can be lead around around like a herd of sheep! This would be pitiful if it were not so shameful!!!!!!!!
