Year in, year out, I read & watch about women groups, churches, youths, etc marching over to parliament house to pray. Can someone explain with solid Biblical evidences the benefits of such movements? ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• AOG WOMEN MARCH TO PARLIAMENT By Cedric Patjole @ PNG Loop - 27th/09/14 Port Moresby residents at Waigani were amazed this morning when thousands of women clad in red marched to Parliament House. Women from the Assemblies of God Church all over the country are here for a week-long convention. The march was part of the convention’s program to visit Parliament House and hold a prayer session there. The AOG National Women’s Conventions is held at the Jubilee College at Gerehu and is attended by more than 6000 participants from the 22 provinces in PNG. The convention also includes participants from Torres Strait, Nauru, Cairns in northern Australia, Solomon Islands, and West Timor. The convention ends tonight with a small ceremony. Minister for Community evelopment, Youth and Religion, Delilah Gore, will be present at the ceremony.
