Check In Time! Day/Level Some of you have talked about how the yes foods; Green apples, carrots, licorice tea, to name a few, taste sweet and wonder if you are sabotaging your 21DSD experience by enjoying them. The answer is NO. Now that you have removed all other forms of sugar, things that at one time would have never been an acceptable substitute for your square of dark chocolate now tastes so sweet to you. This was one of the coolest parts of the detox for me, the moment where my tart sour apple tasted sweet. What foods have surprised you so far? ~April
