Check out Steady Habit Brewing Company: A new brewery in Haddam, CT where Ill be working as the assistant brewer! We would like to welcome the newest member of the Steady Habit team! Carlisle is a graduate of Vassar College where he was a Science, Technology and Society major. While a student at Vassar he wrote his senior thesis on the rise of craft beer in America. He was also involved in an independent study that was aimed at re-creating Matthew Vassars original ale recipe. One of Carlisles special talents is playing the banjo and making Budweiser jokes. His favorite beer styles are Stouts and IPAs. I keep running the idea of an Imperial Stout aged on Sardines by Carlisle and he has scheduled a psychiatric evaluation for me. We came to an agreement that if I dont have to go to the psychiatrist he can help me brew beer. Deal. Carlisle will be our official intern/assistant brewer and we could not be any happier to have such an awesome guy on board!
