Check out my latest analysis on Hip-hop and corporate America and how it is affecting black culture as a whole. There is a saying I go by in order to analyze the world around me, it’s, “Men made god in his image.” I bring the saying up because I have been complaining about hip-hop culture. With the latest rant being the connection with corporate America. American corporations don’t want to lose their wealthy clients and therefore the perceived value of their brand so they found hip hop to be the conduit to advertise. Using rappers who endorse their products either publicly or through their videos or even music. From a business perspective — removing all emotions out of it — it’s a smart move. Everyone maintains.
