Check out our new video by volunteer Patrick Seitzinger highlighting our Nutritional Training course. DESEA created hands-on activities including a traditional store focusing on improving dietary protein intake for families. Through this novel approach, women and men learned which protein sources have the highest value, and how best to spend their limited funds to feed their families.
