His price was competitive for a large house and he followed through with every aspect of the promised service. The arrival time was postponed slightly (8am became 8-9am, with an 8.45am arrival), but this was at least established the day before. The job took precisely as long as Amit said it would, and my carpet, which had every sort of stain in four big rooms, now looks as good as it possibly could.
