Shove the Olympic bar into the corner of the room. 6 squats into press 6 single arm press each 6 single arm rows each side 6 single leg deadlifts each side 6 landline twists 6 reverse lunges each Ps single leg deadlifts dont perfect, Ill blame that on leg day yesterday and tightness!
