How many rounds can you do without rest? 50 jumping jacks with flexed arms (could use light weights) 50 reverse lunges (could use weights) 50 mountain climbers (knee to opposite elbow) 25 bicep curls from a squat position or one leg raised 25 tricep dips (could add a leg raise when you come up and crunch your abs tight) 50 speed skaters (could perform with light weights) 50 bicycles
