Let not forget, Ephesus a city with ancient stories, Where the Blessed Mother and St. John, the Beloved made their exodus from Nazareth AD. In one of the terrains of the beautiful Turkey. With so much to remember, the stories shared, So rich and awesome wonder of times as we zealously sauntered the cobblestones of yore... Laid out in place with skillful hands of humans! We soaked the new knowledge shared by tour guides, Pushing ourselves in reaching the highest peak, With fast heartbeats, non-stop of sweats, Aches and pains of the awakened muscles; The expend of knee joints taking the assault... The slow ascend and descend of slopes, Awesome views for the eyes to feast, Inevitably fantastic but certainly, to catch a breath! Turks time, the Venetians, the Croatians, the Grecians, the walls Of Dubrovnik, the civilization of paganism, The Introduction of Christianity, wow such history! A wealth of knowledge satisfied the thirst of inquest. Ah, we managed somehow, five courageous ladies With the only escort as Hercules or Achilles, We wish he was both to carry us all to once again Climb those majestic heights so long ago proclaimed as the greatest place to be at that moment!
