Check this out yall... Dikembe Mtumbo who is from the Congo, Hakeem Olajuwon whos from Lagos, and Yao Ming who is from China all moved to the US to play NBA ball. Notice that when they moved here, they brought there NAMES with them. Names transcend language barriers.. All of the slaves that were brought here during the Trans Atlantic Slave Trade came with there native language as well as there native names... I often wondered as a child after watching the TV series Roots by Alex Haley, why it was so important that the slave master whip Kunta Kinte until he would agree to call himself Toby... Its All In The Name.When we lost our names we lost our language as well as our heritage. All so called African Americans have European names, and guess who else??JESUS!! thats right.. Jesus is a European fabrication of the true name of the Messiah. Acts 4:12 is why all this matters
