Checking bouy observations over the past few hours, just offshore of Delmarva reporting 13 to 15ft swells with strong NE winds 25 to 35kts. Mariners are having a rough time out in the waters this afternoon. At the beaches with the bouy in Bethany Beach reporting 6 to 9ft waves with a 1 to 2ft surge. From now through the overnight with the high tide cycle is the one to look out for.
