Cheeky little 6am legs only metcon session Saturday morning. Thought I would give my metabolism a boost as I had a busy day ahead. Safe to say I nearly sicked up a lung. Give it a go heres what it consisted of: All back to back then rest for 2 - 3 mins 50 x Skips 10 X Box jumps 10 x TRX pistol squat each leg 10 x Jumping Squats 10 x Barbell Walking Lunges each leg 3 x Laps Prowler Drag + Sprinter Pulls (load = bodyweight ) 15 X Trap Bar Deadlift (75% bodyweight) 20 X Jumping Squats PS I only did 7 pistol squats on this set my training partner brain must of been fried like mine lack of oxygen lol.
