Cheese Leaves 4 ½ ounces cheddar cheese ¼ cup flour 3 tablespoons cornstarch 3 tablespoons butter – slightly softened 1/8 teaspoon pepper ¼ teaspoon salt Combine all ingredients in food processor - pulse until mixture forms a soft dough (may need to add a small drizzle of ice water) shape into a disk-wrap in plastic wrap – chill 1 hour or overnight Roll out on a lightly floured surface to 1/4” – cut w/ cutters Bake at 375 for 12-15 min or until light brown Transfer to wire cooling rack (nailed it)
