Chicken Legs Over Buttered Noodles or rice: About 8 chickin legs (can also use thighs or both) 2 cans of mixed vegetables undrained 1 can of cream of chicken soup 1 cup of milk Dust legs with cornstarch then Brown chicken legs quickly in skillet with butter set aside on platter Mix soup with milk dump veggies in your skillet (I use a cast iron one) Add soup mix, top with browned chicken legs put skillet in 350 oven til chicken legs are done inside & it is all bubbly..(about 40 min-if that, do not overcook..I put this on top pof a bed of my Noodles or rice if ya like..top with chopped green onions or parsley or both..
