Chicken & Turkey Potpie. Baked chicken & turkey thighs. With seasoning salt, black pepper, onion & garlic powder, paprika. Till done. Reserve the juices from the chicken. Let the chicken cool. 1 can of cream of chicken soup. 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. Fresh garlic, cut carrots, frozen sweet peas, white onion chopped. On low heat add the reserved chicken juices to a pot. Add onions & garlic cook about 10mins. Add cut carrots & roasted corn. Simmer about 10min. Add canned soups. 2 1/2 cups of milk. You might need a little more. If its to thick. Add chicken. Adjust your seasoning. Remove from heat. In a butted 9+13 pan. Place dough on bottom. ( I used Pillsburys pie crust. ) pour pie filling add top crust. Pinch the edges. Brush with an egg wash. Make a few slits. Bake on 350 for about 1hrs.
