Chifungula Notes Corruption in UNWTO Contracts Auditor General Anna Chifungula has sniffed corruption in the manner contracts for the United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO) general conference are being awarded. Chifungula has said his office has discovered irregularities in the manner UNWTO contracts have been awarded in preparations for the general conference which Zambia is co-hosting with Zimbabwe. Chifungula says most of the contracts were approved in dubious ways that raised suspision of serious irregularities.
