Child support law is the worst. Honestly believe congress should do something about it. Pass a bill that states the money goes directly to an account set up for the child’s needs like future college tuition, daycare, health, and everyday supply. I know far too many women who depend strictly on child support to pay THEIR bills. Child support is NOT baby momma support. It’s not for you to pay your car payment, phone bill, or whatever. It’s for the child. Congress should come up with a mediatory banking system. Those of you who argue that infringes on your constitutional rights keep this in mind if you have a government job the government already takes the child support out of your check. It’s the same concept. Just my opinion, but I see too many feathers struggle to pay child support only to have limited visitation to child their paying for. Doesn’t sit well with me, and I don’t have children I’m just saying how it makes me feel.
