Children being displaced and having an identity crisis that - TopicsExpress

Children being displaced and having an identity crisis that carries lifelong implications... especially when their parents willing to care for their own children lack the resources to do so, etc. but the bias is always against the parents even in the media, media sensationalism is always quick to point out when a parent does wrong and the whole world points the finger at the parents (even ones own family members can prove to be vindictive)... a hostile environment for families especially the ones struggling. Bigger government, thats overbearing that tells parents how to parent their child. A money-making bureaucracy for the child peddling industry... funds extracted from the Social Security Title IV funds, corrupt family court systems, an inept foster care system, very unfair dependency court system that is biased against parents due to the fact that very little funds are designated towards family reunification programs. Arizona Governor Jan Brewer was successfully able to abolish the CPS system recognizing its faults, inefficiencies and unfairness. Former Georgia Senator Nancy Schaefer and her husband died in her pursuit to expose the CPS system. She had put together a very lengthy report which detailed all the unfairness perpetrated by the state against the parents. Documentaries, films, parents of lost children, and people are coming out to talkabout what has been happening for the last couple of decades in the child welfare industry. We have the Kids for Cash movie, Philomena film from Ireland. This is a worldwide issue not only you in the United States, but in most developed countries such as the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, etc. The Telegraph newspaper in the UK, Reporter Christopher Booker and a slew of experts that work together with him, work to expose whats happening in the UK. We have Nicolas Stathopoulos, of Canadas Cess Ssec who coined the term Psychopsema a term used to describe how malicious social workers use the system to attack parents and children. In the family court system we have a term that is being coined Parental Alienation Syndrome when one parent alienate the other parent from their child. Tim Donnelly and Mike Gatto from the California Assembly worked together to call for an audit of the CPS. They were two of the few public officials with the decency to hear countless stories in the wake of the Baby Sammy case against the Nikolayev family who had their baby removed because they wanted to take their baby to another doctor for a second opinion. We have Top Gun attorney Shawn Mcmillan who is a legend that successfully was able to sue Orange County social services, and was awarded a judgment of $10,000,000.00 which should have draw attention to the inefficiencies of the system. the Court of Appeals sided with Deanna Fogarty when it was proved in the court of law that social workers were responsible for the theft of her daughters for many years through lies and manipulation. A brave sojourner who paved the way for other families to bring about lawsuits against the state and the rampant, overarching bureaucracy that is supposed functions are to include public service for the betterment of the lives of the citizens that it serves. Walter Davis, the pioneer in his own right, who had first-hand experience in civil rights injustice in Birmingham Alabama and as president of MCAI- Orange County/ Los Angeles has documented many of the injustices in the child welfare system and has tirelessly without pay spoken of and advocated against these injustices due to his own personal experiences while serving overseas in the Navy. He exposed San Diego, worldwide human trafficking, and has spoken to hundreds of the parents ailing for their children, he has put together websites and hosted a weekly radio show on BlogTalkRadio, and has hosted broadcast on public television. I apologize if I forget to mention any of the wonderful works of all the other advocates working feverishly everyday to spread the message. When our families are not thriving society cannot do well either. -- Lynn Marie
