Chilly Parotta INGREDIENTS : Parotta - 1 pk Onion - 2 Tomato - 3 Green chilli - 3 Chilli powder - 1tsp Garam masala - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1/4tsp Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp Salt - As per taste Oil - 2 tbl Coriander leaves - For garnish Curry leaves - 5 Mustard seeds -1 tsp METHOD : - Toast the parotta in a dosa tawa. Cut them in to small pieces . - Chop the onions and tomatoes into pieces - Now take oil in a pan add mustard seeds to it when splutters add green chillis, curry leaves - Now add onion sauté till transperant, add ginger garlic paste to it. - Now add tomatoes to it , add turmeric powder,chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masala. - Sauté till tomatoes are till smashy . - Boil for 3mins ,now add the parotta pieces to it and mix it very well. - Garnish it with corrinder leaves.
