Buyer will not pay for travel, but I have an investor who will pay for a serious, compliant Seller. Weve know the Buyer for 2 years, and I know him to be a staunch businessman, and very meticulous with the handling of historical assets. He has been contracted with a bank out of Zurich to perform these closings in Washington DC at a top 5 Banks in the US. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:CIS and passport, jpeg front and back OF BOND (All 4 corners showing), and Passco Report only. PROCEDURES: After submission of the required documentation, Buyer will perform DD on Seller and Bond - after 6 hours if the Seller has been deemed suitable, the contract will be produced for submission to Seller. The Buyer will contact Seller directly to negotiate terms of contract. AFTER Seller executes and returns contract, scheduling for the bond and closing will be contoured by Buyer/Seller. Seller has exit clause for the handling of the bonds inside the contract. (In other words, if the Seller wants the bonds back for any reason, they can get them back immediately) Bonds will have to be delivered to the Buyer via Brinks, or a TTM in person in Washington DC (with Buyer and Lawyer of Buyer), or Federal Expressed to Buyers Attorney in Washington DC. SELLER WILL RECEIVE RECEIPT FOR ASSETS IN THEIR NAME. After the bonds have been delivered, it will take 24 hours for administrative hold to be released in Sellers name, and 1-3 days for pay (depending on when the closing is set)*. COMMISSION: 10% split on the Sell/buy side . Buyer has established paymaster for the distribution of funds to Consultants. Since the funds will be released inside the US, we do not have to worry about funds being frozen or encumbered. There is a service (minimal charge) for Agent to establish bank accounts if necessary for consultants.
