Chinese Stir Fry: Ingredients: 2 to 3 pounds ground beef browned low sodium soy sauce kikkomans baby carrots diced & quartered red bell pepper green bell pepper celery bean sprouts cookin time aaprox. 45 minutes once your ground beef is about done add all the veggies and continue to cook on medium low to medium high heat serve over Rice or spaghetti. serves 5 to 6 people. great for left overs
