＜Chinese Taipei と言う名称＞ 2000年 陳水扁政権が成立した。 Chinese Taipei Olympic Committee は政権交代により民進党との関係を構築する為もあってか、呂秀蓮副総統の側近の廬孝治氏に組織委員会の事務局長就任を求めた。 この時に、台湾への名称変更を条件変更を交換条件とすべきだった。 この時の、中華民國體育運動總會の会長は郭宗清海軍二級上将だったはず。中華民国海軍であるが、本島台湾人である。台湾人では最初の提督である。 亡くなるまで、台湾人の台湾を楊基銓さんと一緒に台湾全国を講演されていた。 猶、Chinese Taipeiは、国内向けの中国語名称では「台北」の文字を使わず「中華奧林匹克委員會」としている。当時は私も不勉強で良く解らなかった。 先ほど廬孝治さんに送信したメールである。 ----- Original Message ----- From: Ishitoya To: Robert C.H.
