Another great tip is to soak the cashews, then dry them in the oven, then toss them in maple syrup and coconut flakes. Roast in the oven and seal in a jar. Sounds like work but really its not. Soak and walk away, dry in the oven and walk away, quick toss in maple syrup and toast and walk away. Healthy and much better nutrition than nuts that have not been soaked, as soaking releases phytates that block the absorption of nutrients.
