Choir directors...ive said it once and ill say it again....you need to do more than just flap your arms up and down and in circles and twirl your hands around each other calling for a REPEAT. You have to DIRECT your choir, soloists, and ALL musicians....AT THE SAME TIME...and you must tell us where were going BEFORE WE GET THERE. ..because if you tell us WHEN we get there, then weve missed our exit and then its just a 4 car pileup. KNOW YOUR MATERIAL...and most of all...KNOW WHAT YOURE DOING ...or just HAVE SEVERAL SEATS in the congregation.
