Choosing a WC squad is now easy task, especially for big established football nations. However its quite simple if you have balls and head as a coach. Last WC Dunga had balls but no sense and this time Scolari is making the very same mistake but will it haunt him is yet to be seen. Clearly Brazilians fans love the Ginga and it works for them, but why would you carry Paulinho, Hulk, Fred etc and have them even start WC matches is a wonder when the likes of Coutinho, Lucas Moura and the boss Ronaldinho himself were available. Fred is understandable becuz Diego Costa was to be their main striker and apart from injury prone Pato their wasnt really much choice, but dnt give Fred #9 smh. But clearly Neymar is feeling the brunt of the pressure and their is NO ONE there to help lift it off him and take command of the game. Neymar is good but he is over rated in the sense that hes timid and falls too easily. Ronaldinho is here missed because hes playing well again, obviously not as frisky, and just his presence and command of the ball would help create that spark in teh midfield and help Neymar concentrate. But if you not taking him why not take Coutinho?! Who is Paulinho to them maestro there? There is enough run up and down balla like Ramires and Gustavo so why you need Paulinho? Then ok, no Coutinho, what about Lucas Moura who would run through the whole field alone. I think they just wanted to hype Neymar too much hence they left players who would take off his shine, Cant come up with any other reason. Most boring Brazil team yet, at least last last WC had Robinho, Fabiano and Elano. But lets see if Bernard, Willian, Hernanes will come to the party and Neymar and Oscar raise their game.
