Chopin #classic #classihkal my grandfather would make me listen to Chopin on Sundays while he read the paper telling me I would be in them one day... lol I would laugh and ask why he listened to such sad music as I would have called it then... he said because in essence it actually brought solace... I realise now that actually facing sorrow and fear and depression which some have uncontrollably biologically and daily. .. facing it actually in essence is conquering it ... for we know survival is end of all suffering... so as long as one struggles with something fighting it essentially they are not conquered or have not yet failed... or succeded...#choices... rather than ignoring or numbing the effect with medication or suppressed emotions unless physiological... one should toil with the task of perpetual pursuance of emotional or psychological solution or peace whatever that may look like...??? #improof I think...???
