Chris was in charge of yesterdays workout-the 3-coin flip. Whatever combo was flipped represented the workout. End result? We did: 60 squat jumps, 120 heel raises, 180 lunge walks, 6 chair runs (one clinic length, with team resistance,) 5 chin ups, 10 push ups, 15 reverse tube flyes, 15 bench dips, 20 v-sit ups, 30 floor cobras, 40 plank rotations and, lastly, 80 Supermans. The only muscles not sore on me are those Im using to type this status.
