Christ is the Word of God One can study the bible for a lifetime and miss the true meaning--many have throughout time... why have the failed? Pride... and knowledge. I will tell you the secret to the bible right now, it does not take a genius or a scholar to understand it--Christ is the word of God... the bible is Christ, and Christ is God. God and His Word are one and the same. This is the secret, not the stories of the vast knowledge... For why do we read the bible? It is it to gain knowledge over our fellow man? or to gain knowledge in God? But if we gain knowledge in God, and Christ is not God, then our knowledge is vain... we are vain, and prideful; if this is you--such people will never know peace in faith... you will never enter into His Rest. Knowledge does not save the soul, but knowing God and His will saves our soul; God will is for everyone to believe and rely only on Jesus Christ for our salvation alone... and through Him alone we have all now, and evermore... Those who have a sermon of something to teach every Sunday out of the bible do not know Him. Those who have to go to school to serve, don’t know Him. Those who need to do anything under the Sun to be saved, besides simple childlike faith alone, don’t know Him at all. You can know everything about Christ and accept it, and still go to hell... why? Because you attempt to gain it rather than simply accept it. You use the flesh to gain that which is solely Spiritual. One must enter the straight gate... this narrow gate: Christ Alone, through His Cross Alone, by His merits Alone! If you do not know The Way, you can’t teach it, you can’t have it now, and you can’t give it to others... you are a seed un-planted and therefore: unfruitful. You can be plucked out at any time and rejected by God---repent while it is yet “Today” “Today if you hear His voice--enter into His rest.” This earning and fleshly Israel could not enter into His rest... because of unbelief. If you listen to Paul, Peter, James, or any of the apostle letters and call them the Word of God, you fail. What man or group of men decided that these letters of the Apostles are the word of God? Inspired they maybe by believing me in Christ, they are not the Word of God... Christ is. The Gospels: Mark, Matthew, Luke and John are the story and life of Christ, the Word of God and our God and Lord... how is it that men have told us to listen to the Apostles and not the Word of God equally? How have they persuaded us to believe these letters to be equal to the Gospels? They are not, they are the Epistles letters to churches on the day, not the word of God! They can be gleaned upon, but not sacred and valid for simple faith or sound doctrine-Christ is the Author and finisher of our faith, the Apostle says! Listen only to Christ and have simple faith in Him Alone as a child, and you will have eternal life and peace. Listen to the Apostles above our Master’s teachings---reap the wind of politics, arguments, and the pride of knowledge of men!! Unstable you shall always be, and the simple faith that save will always evade you... the evil one will always make you the hypocrite to the simple faith alone in Christ Alone.
