Christmas is my favorite. When I think about it, I think about how it is different through the years. Not it much it, but you. I remember being a youngster at home, and Christmas Day with all my brothers and sisters. Then you grow older and its not quite the same. Then off to the service and many years you spend it with your buddies at base. Then marriage, and a couple kids of my own. Great times watching them open their presents. Jason was so easy to buy for. He liked anything, the odder the better. Jamie would get excited if you got him a rock. He was such a happy kid. 29 years now. I miss him so much. Then Jason grew up to become a man, and Christmas became a new experience. Then Logan, and back to watching a young one ripping open packages. And now he is growing up too fast. A few more years and he will be out of school. And now, as a young man, Christmas is different with him. And yet, it is the same. Being with the ones I love is all the Christmas I want or need. And each one is good, and better than the last.
