Christmas spirit shout-out to Alaska Airlines who checked my suitcase of donated shoes for Cheryl Schreans Shoebox for free!!! The lady said they have no policy for this type of donation, but that she has leeway to make a call. Showed her pic of my girls in Abu Dhabi and the shoes they donated and explained their project to promote Global Citizenship and Civic Responsibility, and she was sweet enough to make the exception. Grateful to Drew Baldridge, Vicki Steuteville, Mike H. and all their helpers for keeping this project going... So Drew, whens this parade? ;) ;)
