Christmas time is great but we can not forget about the workout 🎅💪 PUSHUP WITH PIKE Start Position: Place feet toes-first into foot cradles. Position into a suspended plank. Do not let hips sag. Movement Description: Suspended Pike: Raise hips in a pike by bending at waist. Keep legs straight and feet together. Return to start position. Perform for 30 sec. Suspended Pike with Pushup: perform a pushup between each pike. Perform for 30 sec. Tip: Keep back straight and drive head down between arms, look at feet as hips drive up into pike. RUSSIAN TWISTS -Sit on the ground with knees slightly bent, holding the kettlebell with both hands at your chest/mid section level. -Keep your back straight and lean back, elevating your legs off of the ground. Hold this position. -Rotate at your trunk and with your arms, gently touching the weight to the ground along your right side, and then along the left side. -Try to see how long you can rotate before becoming too fatigued. This exercise can also be made harder by keeping your knees straight while they are elevated.
