Christmas was set to be at Stans sisters house which was great by me as I wasnt going to get stuck cooking & cleaning everything. As it happened, things changed & I am now the official holiday host. I have plans for a delicious meal to include 3 types of Vtopian Artisan Cheeses including a lovely raspberry brie. I have a wonderful recipe for tapenade to be made with only the best; Lucero Olive Oil & olives :) I am thankful to live in such a plentiful area where fresh is abundant :) OF course there is much more planned for the family feast, but these are what I am especially looking forward to ;)
