Christy’s husband, Allen Black was in an ATV accident on July 19th 2013 due to a faulty rented ATV from Estes Park that had been wrecked the day before he rode it and Allen fell 40 feet off of a cliff on to a boulder that ended in tragedy. He was life flighted to Denver Health ICU. The doctors said it was a miracle that he lived through the fall. Allen was in a medically induced coma & on life support for several weeks & had many surgeries due to crushed ribs, punctured and collapsed lung, fractured skull, broken spine and many other injuries Allen had no benefits at all with his employer so has no income or disability pay and doesn’t qualify for any help from the state or government. With this being said, Allen & Christy’s income has been cut in half. The ATV rental place is suing them $6900.00 for a used ATV. They have piles of medical bills coming in every day as well as everyday living expenses & bills that they can’t afford. I have opened a donation fund account at (1st)First Bank routing # 107005047.
