Chronic pain and CVS. Started crying in the doctors office today after we went over my options for spinal injections. General anesthesia at an outpatient surgical center. Punctured lung is a possibility, but if i can go a few days without puking it might be worth it. Were going to do a round of diagnostic injections to determine where the pain is coming from. My spine doc also suggested a sympathetic nerve block to give me a break from the effects of chronic pain on the sympathetic nervous system. It feels like things are gonna get worse before they get better. Im not one to self diagnose, but... My insurance company has paid out at least a half a million on me over the life of my policy and not once did a doctor connect my CVS with my spinal injury. I believe they are connected. I have enough at this point to write a book and yet there doesnt seem to be a bottom to how low this is gonna take me. Anyone else find a connection between chronic pain and CVS?
