Chè chuối chưng Ingredients: 4 small Ripe Bananas 1/2 cup Pearl Sago 4 tablespoons Sugar 2 cups Coconut Milk 1/4 cup Coconut Cream 2 small Pandanus Leaves, tied in a knot Roasted Peanut, grounded Instructions: Take a bowl, add the bananas and sprinkle the sugar over them. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes. Heat a sauce pan and add the coconut milk, sago and pandanus leaves. Lower the heat when it starts to boil. Add the bananas to the pan and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Keep stiring to make sure nothing gets stuck in the bottom of the pan. Garnish with the peanut and serve.
