Cincy streetcar... More rail for Cincinnatis streetcar was delivered Monday despite the $133 million projects uncertain fate. So far, the city has spent more than $23 million for the 3.6-mile streetcar line and has obligated an additional $94 million in contracts. John Cranley has vowed to end the project as soon possible after he assumes office on Dec. 1. Cranley says the streetcar is just too expensive.
