Cindy Kolberg asks: Ive been low-carbing since just before the new year. Ive lost about 7 pounds but my clothes are definitely looser. Im reading so many posts and am inspired, and yet very confused. What is a good rule of thumb to follow? Carbs vs proteins vs fats? Im averaging 15 to 20 carbs daily and getting the bulk of them from veggies. I keep my proteins not real high and try to eat good fats. But the scale has not budged in weeks. HELP! And thank you. :)
