Cinnamon Sugar Cookie Squares Ingredients ½ cup butter, room temperature 2 cups granulated sugar ½ cup canola oil 2 eggs ½ cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda Cinnamon sugar, to garnish Directions Preheat the oven to 350°F. Mix the butter, sugar, oil, eggs, milk together. Then add in the dry ingredients. Pour batter into a 11 x 15 inch pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar on top Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are light brown.
