Circus animals are chained, they are beat, theyre bull hooked, theyre electric prodded- while traveling they eat, sleep, urinate, defecate all in the same place. The tricks they perform in the circus are not normal behaviors that would be displayed in the wild; theyre learned behaviors taught by the tools of intimidation that are listed above! Notice in the circus there is always a trainer standing by with a bull hook? The animals know if they dont do as taught they will get the bull hook, they will get whipped, they will get prodded; this is all fact! Why anyone would support this cruel, cruel, tortuous form of entertainment is beyond me. I understand some people simply arent aware; that is where I come in- My role as an activist is to make people aware whether they want to hear it or not- I will be at several demoes in OC and the IE informing the uniformed on the reality of the circus. I will be vocal, I will be heard, and at times it wont be pretty but what the animals in the circus endure is far worse than my trying to educate people. I will try my best to go at this with a kind heart; that is my goal rather than losing my cool and stooping...we shall see
