Citizen lets cop off with a warning. This is the perfect example of the American citizen exercising his Constitutional rights. Power comes from the people not government and there are times when this message needs to be effectively communicated to government authorities. In the video the citizen stopped a police officer who was patrolling in an unmarked car. According to Washington State law, unless the officer is dong undercover work, it is illegal for him to monitor or drive an unmarked car.
