Citizens of Guilford County, North Carolina VOTE Proctor in November of 2014. Larry will work for we citizens and NOT special interests. Below is his qualifications: Larry has been Chair of Guilford County Planning and Zoning as well as the Board of Equalization and Review. He has voluntarily given his time to be involved in how and where the county has developed and in helping folks get fair review for the most recent tax revaluation. During this same time he was the successful owner operator of Sedgefield Lawn and Garden. Larry always has time to listen and either directly help folks get problems solved or helps them find the person who can solve their issues. He knows the county department heads and can get to the bottom of problems and communication errors. He is not afraid to step in and help folks plus running his own company gives him the business expertise we need - that is why we need him as a County Commission. ANY citizen who resides in Guilford County and or any city located within Guilford County may vote for this man. He is running at large.
