City councils got sworn into today across Ontario, and already Toronto Mayor John Tory is breaking promises. The Toronto Star is calling it a declaration of war! :P It’s a weird choice for a guy who made “moving on from the divisiveness of the Ford years” the key plank in his election campaign, but here we are.
