Claims Handlers Doncaster c£16k Immediate Permanent opportunity beginning Feb 2014. We have a fantastic opportunity for experienced and professional claims handlers working in Doncaster. Our client is looking to recruit 8 Claims Handlers to join their expanding team. Candidates will have experience in a claims insurance team, a proven customer-focused attitude and a professional confident telephone manner. There is fantastic on-going training and development provided as well as outstanding career opportunities for successful candidates Working within a dedicated travel claims department, ideal candidates will be utterly customer focused and always eager to help, maintaining and developing positive relationships with policy holders and third party businesses. Candidates will be required to complete a credit and CRB check for this role. Duties will include; - Taking inbound calls from customers - Managing a portfolio of claims within a target driven timeframe - Helping customers through the claims process and liaising with third parties in order to complete claims files. - Managing administration for the department including opening post, filing, distributing claims papers and paying settled claims. - Diary management and registering client calls on in house database. In order to be considered for this role candidates must have; - Experience as a claims advisor or a proven track record in the insurance sector - essential. A travel claims background - helpful. - A passion for helping customers and excellent communication skills. - Willingness to learn and develop and a professional and positive attitude. Energy, enthusiasm and commitment and a strong ‘can do’ attitude.
