Clarence G. “Jiggs” Harrison, 84, resident of Eldorado passed away Thursday, June 13, 2013 at The Heart Hospital at Deaconess Gateway in Newburg, Indiana. He was born in Eldorado to the late Clarence “Bud” and Pearl (Roberts) Harrison. He married the former Barbara Davis who survives. Jiggs and Barbara were married 64 years. He was a pipe fitter for Pipe Trades Industry and a member of Evansville Local #136. He was a member of College Heights Baptist Church, Eldorado VFW, lifetime member of the Eldorado American Legion and a Master Mason and member of the Eldorado Masonic Lodge. In addition to his wife he is survived by two daughters Brenda Reeder of Eldorado, Susan (Alan) Fox of Eldorado, a brother, Jack (Mary Jo) Harrison of Eldorado, two grandchildren Dr. Jodi Fox of Marion, Marc (Tiffany) Reeder of Eldorado and five great grandchildren, Jordan, Chase, Tori, Wiley and Max. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son-in-law Gary Reeder. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Saturday, June 15, 2013 at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado with Eric Gregg officiating. Burial will be in Wolf Creek Cemetery with military honors. Visitation will be 11:00 am to service time with a Masonic Service at 12:30 pm. In addition to flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and will be accepted at the funeral home.
