Clarification for some of you so called Republicans that are too Lazy to teach yourselves how to use GOOGLE: Rafael Edward Ted Cruz is the junior United States Senator from Texas. Elected in 2012, he is the first Cuban American or Latino to hold the office. Cruz is a member of the Republican Party. Yes, He was born in Calgary Canada to an American Mother and a Cuban Father. He received a Duel Citizenship at the time, but subsequently renounced his Canadian Citizenship, so there would be no Questions, if he ever chose to run for President of the United States. With his Mother being an American Citizen, Ted became a U.S. Citizen upon his Birth, much the same way as Sen. John McCain, who was born in the Panama Canal Zone to American parents. There is NO QUESTION that He is Eligible to Run for President. Please dont Fall for the Mis-Information some Democrats are trying to put out that hes not eligible ... There! Now you dont even have to go to all that trouble to Look something up for yourself!!! Sorry, I just get fed up with other conservatives who parrot others misinformation and are just too obstinate to find the truth for themselves!
