Class 12 & 10 pass out with 6 months Driver Training after getting selected through MoHLR interview & they are placed in Grade 17 (O4A) as a Driver III, in other hand class 10 pass out getting direct employment as Receptionist & Dispatcher are placed in Grade 16 (O3A). I see class 12 & Training Period is never counted, is wastage of 2 years & for that particular job preference are mostly prearranged for 10. What is logic there? Just my personal judgment & any other suggestion from friends please
