Class 4 or Class 1.?? On 30 Nov 2014, I requested for an interaction with non teaching sevaks of DSM College Parbhani. It was to request high commitment by them for work assigned to each of them.. Firstly I had pleasure of hearing them out... They shared their inputs about what needs to be better... Couple of them were very outspoken & strong, which I enjoyed listening to... :) At end, I requested them to give extra efforts, to ignore petty issues & keep DSM sparkling clean as it affects thinking of everyone & especially of the future of nation ( our youth!!! )... Not doing the jobs as per ones responsibilities affects self esteem badly hence asked them to do prefect jobs for their own sakes. for their own families to feel proud of their parents doing honest work & not cutting corners... Look at the results... So proud of them for responding to my humble request ... These are photos on 2 different days.. Someone said to them to skip a day of cleaning the already clean classroom & the response was, hey, I am expected to clean every other day & I will.. Step aside chap!! :) Thanks to class 4 for doing first class work.. By responding to my request, they showed the goodness of heart they have... Narendra modi ji was right when he said that even though some people have limited means in India but they have great hearts.... Hats off to all of them.. This is a one of the imp steps towards DSM becoming world class institution.. Institute cant give good impression at all without them doing such good jobs.... Anyways, NAAC purte natak yogya nahi... 😝😝 Lets all support them, by students acting disciplined & everyone praising the sevaks !! कुछ दिन पहले हमारे काॅलेज के सेवक वर्ग से मिला और ढेर सारी बातें की.. उनकी बातें सुनकर भावनाओं को समझा... कुछ ने तो तेवर के साथ मुझे सुना डाला... :) पर सुनकर लेते हुए अच्छा लगा... आखिर में मैने भरपुर सफाई के लिये बिनती की.. खासकर युज करने वाले लोग और खासकर भारत के उजले भविष्य का निर्माण करने वाले युवाओं की सोच पर.... तो देखो परिणाम!!! ईन लोगों को क्लास ४ कहते है.... भाई ईनका काम तो कई क्लास १ से भी बढिया लग रहा है... है ना? नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने सही कहा है की मेरे देश में बहुत सादे लोग बहुत है जिनके पास बहोत नहीं होगा पर वो दिलदार है... कितनी सही बात कही है... तो मेरी स्टाफ से बिनती के वो ऐसे ही बढिया काम करते रहें और विद्यार्थियों से निवेदन की वे काॅलेज बढिया रखने के लिए मदत करें..
