Class, oh class!!!!!!!!!! Our Monday, May 5th class at Today’s Kitchen Store is going to be all about “Stuffed Pasta”! We will be making Tortelli filled with meat, Cannelloni filled with ricotta and spinach and Agnolotti stuffed with a savory potato filling. Bring your apron you will need it! And while you are there be sure to sign up for the June class because we’re going to an “Italian Picnic!” Fattiamo una scampagnata and we’ll need all the right things in our picnic basket!!
